Fortunately, Tab for a Cause, a free web browser extension, allows people to raise money for charity simply by opening a new tab on their computer. Today, Tab for a Cause announced that its “for a Cause” browser tools have generated more than $2 million for nonprofits. “The milestone reflects a simple goal: lowering the barrier to charitable giving so more people can participate,” a statement from the organization said.
