Return Eligibility
Clients have the right to return purchased products within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in NEW condition.
- Definition of New: Unopened products in their original packaging that have never been used.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows any traces of use.
Return Logistics & Costs
The actual return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. This applies to both dissatisfied choices and defective products.
DO NOT mail the returned product to the address on the parcel. It will not reach our processing center. You must contact us for a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a specific return address.

- Restocking Fee: There is NO restocking fee on standard returns.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, a fulfillment fee (minimum $9.95) will be deducted from the refund.
- Partial Returns: We do not accept partial returns or offer partial refunds.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged item and wish to exchange it for the same product, please email us for immediate instructions. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the return steps above for a refund and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience.
