Returns Policy

This return policy is valid for customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and any other country we ship to. At BluAZ, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility

Clients have the right to return purchased products within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in NEW condition.

  • Definition of New: Unopened products in their original packaging that have never been used.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows any traces of use.

Return Logistics & Costs

The actual return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. This applies to both dissatisfied choices and defective products.

DO NOT mail the returned product to the address on the parcel. It will not reach our processing center. You must contact us for a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a specific return address.

Steps to Returning Your Product

Follow these simple steps to ensure your refund is processed correctly:

1. Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] including your first and last name, invoice number, phone number, and the reason for your return.
2. Get Your RMA Number: Once we receive your request, we will reply with specific instructions and your unique RMA number.
3. Repack: Package your items in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice. You must clearly mark the RMA number on all sides of the package.
4. Ship: Return the package within 5 days of receiving your RMA number via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any courier that provides tracking.
5. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Fees and Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: There is NO restocking fee on standard returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, a fulfillment fee (minimum $9.95) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Partial Returns: We do not accept partial returns or offer partial refunds.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged item and wish to exchange it for the same product, please email us for immediate instructions. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the return steps above for a refund and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience.
