Returns Policy

This return policy is valid for customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and all other international regions served by the Bluaz network. Whether you are visiting our main portal or shopping on gadgets.bluaz.com, we strive for a transparent experience.


1. Digital Content & Portal Services

Due to the nature of digital distribution, the following rules apply to our portal content:

  • Digital Media: Online games, audiobooks, and movies are provided as-is. Since these are digital assets, they are non-returnable once accessed. All such content is strictly legal and sourced from the public domain.
  • News Content: Bluaz does not verify the absolute veracity of news stories curated on our portal. No returns or claims can be initiated based on news information provided.

2. Physical Product Returns (Gadgets & Gear)

Clients have the right to return physical products purchased via our subdomains within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be in NEW condition.

  • Definition of New: Unopened products in original, sealed packaging that have never been used.
  • Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows any signs of use, wear, or broken seals.

Return Logistics & Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. This applies to both choice-based returns and defective products.

⚠ IMPORTANT: DO NOT mail the product to the address on the shipping label. You must contact us first to receive a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct processing center address.


3. Steps to Returning Your Product

To ensure your refund is processed within our 7-business-day window, follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Send a request to support@bluaz.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
2. Receive RMA: We will reply with specific instructions and your unique RMA number.
3. Repack: Place items in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship: Return the package within 5 days of receiving your RMA via a tracked courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc.).

4. Fees and Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: There is NO restocking fee for standard returns in new condition.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the client, a fulfillment fee (minimum $9.95) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged gadget, contact us immediately for a 1-to-1 exchange. For different items, please follow the return process and place a new order.
