Client satisfaction is our first priority at BluAZ. We will offer a full refund within a maximum of 15 days after a claim process finishes. We promise a money-back guarantee if any of the following situations occur:
1. Order Cancellation
To cancel an already paid order and receive a full refund, the client must contact us within 12 hours from the time of the payment. We require the client’s name or email and the order number.
After more than 12 hours, the order may have already been processed or shipped. In this case, cancellation is no longer possible, and the client must return the item (at their own expense) to be eligible for a refund.
2. Delivery Time Guarantee
Orders not received within our guaranteed timeframe are eligible for a full refund. After 65 days (excluding the 2-5 business days for processing), the client will be issued a full refund upon request.
3. Wrong, Faulty, or Counterfeit Products
In any of the cases below, the client must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned before the refund is processed. Once the return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 15 days. Items must be returned in their original, sealed condition.
- A. Wrong Product: Receiving a different brand, model, quality, color, or size than what was ordered.
- B. Faulty Product: A product that appears intact but does not function within specified parameters.
- C. Counterfeit Product: Any products that are unauthorized replicas or fakes of a real product.
Important Considerations
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable; the refund covers only the cost of the product.
- Do not mail the package to the warehouse address on the box. You must wait for us to provide a valid return address.
- The client is fully responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number and the name of the carrier.
- A restocking fee of 2% may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exclusions (Non-Refundable Situations)
We cannot issue a refund if:
- The client cancels after the product has shipped but before returning it to us.
- The order did not arrive due to factors within the client's control (e.g., wrong address, missed delivery, porch theft).
- Exceptional circumstances outside of BluAZ's control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, postal service loss).
- The client ordered the product by mistake and it has already been processed/shipped.
- The parcel was damaged by the logistics company (claims should be filed with the carrier).
