Refunds Policy

Client satisfaction is the top priority across the Bluaz network. This policy applies to all purchases made via bluaz.com and its subdomains (including gadgets.bluaz.com). We offer a money-back guarantee under specific conditions as outlined below.


1. Digital Content & News Services

As a universal portal, Bluaz provides access to public domain movies, audiobooks, games, and news. Please note:

  • Digital Media: Since our digital content (audiobooks, movies, games) is provided for free or via licensed access, these are non-refundable once accessed.
  • News Veracity: Bluaz provides news information "as is" and does not verify the absolute veracity of stories. No refunds or claims can be made based on the accuracy of curated news content.
  • Legal Content: All media provided is strictly legal and sourced from the public domain.

2. Physical Product Orders (Gadgets & Gear)

A. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must contact us within 12 hours of payment. After 12 hours, the order is processed with our suppliers. If the item has already shipped, you must return the item at your own expense to be eligible for a refund.

B. Delivery Time Guarantee

If your order is not received within our guaranteed timeframe of 65 days (excluding 2-5 business days for processing), a full refund will be issued upon request. This guarantee excludes delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses provided by the client.

C. Wrong, Faulty, or Counterfeit Products

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original, sealed condition before a refund is processed.

  • Wrong Product: Receiving a different brand, model, color, or size than ordered.
  • Faulty Product: A product that does not function within specified parameters.
  • Counterfeit Product: We strictly sell legal gear; any unauthorized replicas are eligible for an immediate return/refund process.

3. Important Considerations

  • Shipping Costs: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund covers the product cost only.
  • Return Address: Do not mail packages to the address on the box. You must contact support to receive a valid return address.
  • Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee of 2% may be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Tracking: The client is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number.

4. Exclusions (Non-Refundable Situations)

We cannot issue a refund if:

  • The order did not arrive due to client error (wrong address, missed delivery).
  • The parcel was lost or damaged by the logistics/postal company (claims must be filed with the carrier).
  • Exceptional circumstances outside of Bluaz's control occur (e.g., customs holdups).
  • The client ordered by mistake and the product has already shipped.
